What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of genuine 925 sterling silver (stamped with 925/S925) and natural crystal gemstones. Some styles are added with protective plating such as rhodium for anti‑oxidation.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? Will it turn my skin green?
Our jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, meeting EU and US safety standards, friendly for most sensitive skin. 925 sterling silver contains a small amount of copper alloy, which may cause temporary harmless discoloration in very rare cases due to sweat, cosmetics or body chemistry. This is NOT an allergy and not permanent. Please stop wearing if irritation occurs.
Are the pearls and natural stones real?
We do NOT sell any pearls (natural or cultured). All gemstones we use are natural crystal gemstones, genuine and non‑imitation, not glass or plastic. All descriptions comply with FTC and EU jewelry regulations.
Care & Maintenance
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
We do NOT recommend it. Shower gel, chlorine, seawater and hot water will accelerate oxidation, damage plating and loosen stones.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep away from water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals. Store in a dry sealed bag or jewelry box when not in use. Wipe with a silver polishing cloth. Remove it during sports, sleeping or housework.
How do I know my ring size?
We provide a free printable ring size guide on our website. You can measure your finger circumference or compare with your well-fitted ring. Contact customer service if you need help.
Are the necklace and bracelet lengths adjustable?
Most necklaces and bracelets are equipped with an extension chain. The exact length and adjustable range are clearly stated on each product page.
Shipping & Returns
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact customer service within 7 days with clear photos/videos of the package and damaged item. We will offer replacement, reshipment or full refund after verification.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original packaging and tags intact. Customized/personalized items are non-returnable.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we provide elegant gift boxes for all orders. Gift orders can be shipped without invoices upon request.
